Geraldton Challenge for the Chupa Chup Cup

The next Geraldton Challenge for the Chupa Chup Cup, team Qualifying Knockout Competition is this Saturday 7th January @ 7pm.

$50 entry includes all Day/Night Play & an all expenses paid trip to Geraldton the for Challenge Match if you make the Challenge Team.

The top 20 players will make the Challenge Team.

Challenge Match Date: Saturday January 28th in Geraldton. Leaving Friday 27th & Returning Sunday 29th.

Collect your Complimentary $25.00 Drink Card by 7pm, Supper at 7.30pm & Trophy Presentation at 8pm. Then Pool for the rest of the night. All members Free & Members Guests $4.00.

A Massive Congratulations to Nadine White & Ben Dougherty the 2011 Premier Pool Ladies & Men’s Champion of Champions. Exceptionally close finals for both sexes this year with all matches going to the last game. The Runners Up deserve recognition for their terrific efforts as well, well done to Naomi Roper & Evan Briggs & thanks for the super close games.

Saturday December 3rd – MPF 13 Hour Fundraising Marathon

The Annual Miss Q’s Players Fund 13 hour fundraising Marathon is on this Saturday from midday to 1am.

This annual event raises much needed funds to assist the Miss Q’s Juniors to cover their expenses to the National 8 Ball Championships and many other player development initiatives Miss Q’s runs for Men & Ladies throughout the year.

There will be loads of ways to donate your cash with great Games & Giveaways – like:

* Miss Q’s will be donating all proceeds generated from table hire during the 13 hours.

* Pot the Lot – 25 Metre Pot – Speed Pool.
* Car Wash – You can bring your dirty car & have it washed by a Midget or Girl in a Bikini

* Hungry – Buy a Sausage Sizzle or Yummy Cake.

* Buy a Lotto Number or Raffle Ticket or Have a Lolly Jar Guess.

* Challenge a Midget in a best of 3 for a $10.00 Donation & win a free 1 Hour Table Hire Voucher.

Congratulations Miss Q’s Juniors

The 2011 Junior State Trials were awesome!

Pera Isabeth & Scott Brownrigg have made the 2011 W.A. State Team, Well Done!!

All 10 of the Miss Q’s Midget Assassins, put up an awesome fight & produced some amazing personal bests & winning results.
First up the Under 12’s with our very own Pera Isabeth making the State team & Holly Jane Vaaelua taking many more games that last year the girls rocked!!!

In the U15’s it was to everyone’s delight that Scottie Brownrigg decided to compete at the last minute & after a 9 month break from Pool smashed his way through the field & also made the State Team with young Stone Stenhouse nipping at his heels after he beat last years Champion Mikey Read in a playoff for third Our ladies Kiarah & Rochelle also played superbly in the tough male dominated field, earning themselves respect amongst their peers.

In the U18’s Jarrad Nategaal placed fourth in a playoff with Ben Foster in his first year of U18’s, a truly applaudable result, with first timer Matt Gradussov taking two frames off the current Australian Champion & winning more frames than he believed he could & newbies, Tussy & Justin, the regular Billiydar Program pool comp champs, learning just how well they perform under pressure, they all have a bright future in the game
